Originally designed for the Mobility scooter market we,ve worked with the manufacturer to now incorporate this into my drive design resulting in a powerful but compact and light weight drive which can be adapted to fit allmost any trolly design.
Background Information
I started the build of this drive back in 2021.
I was designing one for my own personal use as, at the time, I had become a member at a lake where access was tough.
I trashed two drives before I had the formula worked out for the differential gear ratio required and the motor powers I could incorporate. I ended up with a trolly that was 3 wheel based (2 front drive wheels and a tail wheel) and when fully loaded achieved a weight of 140kg on a 48hr session.
I know from personal use how powerful these drives are as I have even driven my drive down a one metre deep ditch and back up the other side, and I am confident that, whichever setup we design for you, it will make your fishing experience much easier.
